We open with the spare keys we hold for you or an authorised person. Access can be scheduled or requested for the same day, subject to availability.

We give plumbers, electricians, installers or other professionals access. If needed, we can wait, check completion and close the property.
We hand over or collect keys for family, guests, HomeExchange or anyone you have authorised in advance.
We check the property, identify issues and, where included in the plan, send photos and a report. Additional or urgent visits are also available.
We can prepare the home before you arrive and coordinate cleaning so it is ready when you return.
We coordinate providers, repairs, small errands and welcome groceries. The welcome-grocery rate applies when coordinated with a scheduled visit; if it requires a dedicated trip, we will confirm a higher rate before carrying it out.
The higher the plan, the lower the price of one-off services.

Scheduled: requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Urgent / same day: a service requested to be carried out on the same day.
Standard hours: 08:00–20:00. 20:00–23:00: +€25. 23:00–08:00: +€50. Sundays and public holidays: +€25. If more than one surcharge applies, only the highest one is charged. Urgent services are subject to availability.
Welcome grocery shop: the listed rates apply when the shop is coordinated with a scheduled visit. If it requires a dedicated trip, a higher rate will apply and will be confirmed before the service.
HouseWatchers.es is not a locksmith service. We attend with the spare keys previously left with us by the owner. We do not force doors or manipulate locks. If the lock is broken or the key does not work, a locksmith will be required and that cost is charged separately.
We can find providers, compare quotes and coordinate the work. Our management fee is quoted according to scope; the repair or renovation itself is paid separately according to the provider quote you approve. If you want us to attend the property during the work, supervision visits are charged separately at €70 per visit.
