2. Data we may process
Identification and contact data; property address or location; authorised-person information; communications and requests; access and service records; property reports and photographs when part of the service; and billing/administrative data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to enquiries and service requests: steps requested before entering into a contract and, for general enquiries, legitimate interest in responding to communications related to the business.
Managing customers, key holding, authorisations, access, visits, incidents and contracted services: performance of the contract.
Billing, accounting and legal obligations: compliance with legal duties.
We do not use your data for newsletters or electronic advertising without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, consent.
4. Recipients and providers
We may use technology providers needed for hosting, forms, email and communications.
When you ask us to coordinate a technician, cleaner or other provider, only the data necessary to perform that service may be shared.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, legally recognised transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses will be used.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not become a customer relationship are generally retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction.
Customer data is retained during the contract and afterwards for periods necessary to comply with legal responsibilities.
Authorised-person and access data is kept while needed for the service or until authorisation is withdrawn, subject to any applicable blocking periods.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by writing to hola@housewatchers.es.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Security
We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect personal data and restrict access.

HouseWatchers.es services are intended for adults.
10. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes.
